Who is behind Canithermo?
Canithermo is a French brand founded by a freelance nurse passionate about animal welfare. The idea was born from a personal experience: seeing her dog suffer from osteoarthritis and vertebral degeneration without finding suitable solutions. This dual expertise, as a caregiver and owner, is at the heart of every product developed.
What exactly is Canithermo?
Canithermo designs joint well-being solutions for dogs. Currently, two ranges are being launched: a modular thermal support garment and a range of food supplements for joint support. Other products are coming, but we are taking our time to get them right.

What products are available for purchase?
Our first two ranges are currently in the launch phase and are not yet available for sale. Sign up for our waiting list to be notified first when they are released.
What is the Canithermo garment for?
The Canithermo garment is designed to provide gentle thermal support to sensitive joint areas of dogs. It is a modular system composed of a top and bottom that can be purchased and worn together or separately, depending on the animal's needs. It is intended for dogs with joint sensitivity, whether related to age, a diagnosed pathology, or sustained physical activity.
Important: the Canithermo garment is a comfort tool. It does not replace veterinary treatment. In case of pain or lameness, consult your veterinarian.
Is the garment scientifically validated?
A field study is underway. We will not communicate any results until it is completed and analyzed. We refuse to make claims that we cannot yet prove.
Who are Canithermo supplements for?
The supplements are formulated for adult dogs with needs for joint support: senior dogs, dogs of breeds predisposed to dysplasia and osteoarthritis, or athletic dogs for prevention. They are not indicated for growing puppies without prior veterinary advice.
Are the supplements medicines?
No. Canithermo supplements are animal food supplements, regulated by European Regulation CE 767/2009. They are not veterinary medicines and cannot replace treatment prescribed by a veterinarian.
Can supplements be given at the same time as veterinary treatment? Always ask your veterinarian's advice before introducing a food supplement, especially if your dog is already on medication. Some active ingredients can interact with existing treatments.
What are the ingredients of the supplements?
The formulation is based on natural ingredients: hydrolyzed collagen, MSM, eggshell membrane, salmon oil (omega-3), rosehip, blackcurrant leaf, and nettle. The complete composition will be detailed on the product sheet at the time of launch.

Which countries do you deliver to?
Canithermo currently delivers to metropolitan France. Delivery to other countries will be specified when sales open.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times will be communicated when sales open. We prefer not to give figures that we cannot yet guarantee.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS
My dog has a diagnosed pathology. Canithermo help?
Our products are designed for comfort and joint support, not to treat a disease. If your dog has an established diagnosis (dysplasia, osteoarthritis, herniated disc...), discuss our products with your veterinarian before use. They are the only one who can assess whether a supplement or support garment is relevant in your animal's clinical context.
I can't choose the size of the garment. What should I do?
A detailed size guide will be available on the product page. If in doubt, contact us directly: we prefer to help you choose the right size rather than dealing with a return.
