Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise this right, you must inform us in writing before the end of this period, by email at contact@canithermo.fr or by using the withdrawal form available at the bottom of this page.

Simply returning the product without prior notice is not sufficient to express your wish to withdraw.

Return of the product

Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us, meaning a maximum total period of 28 days from the date of receipt.

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold: unworn, unwashed, with intact labels and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Any returned product that has been used, worn by the animal, soiled or washed may be subject to a reduction in value of up to 100%, depending on its condition upon receipt.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If we failed to inform you of this obligation before the order was placed, these costs will be borne by us.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs, within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal request.

We may defer the refund until we have received the product back or until you have provided proof of shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method as the one used for the purchase.

Late refund penalties

Any refund delay beyond the legal deadline will automatically result in the statutory increases provided for by law: 10% within the following 30 days, 20% between 30 and 60 days, and 50% beyond 60 days.

Defective or non-compliant product

If you notice a defect upon receipt, please contact us at contact@canithermo.fr and include supporting photos.

In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by us, and the refund or exchange will be processed without delay.

How to initiate a return

Send an email to contact@canithermo.fr with your order number and your withdrawal request, or use the online form.

You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt from us.
