2. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale exclusively govern the sale of products made on the canithermo.fr website to individual consumers. They do not apply to orders placed in a professional context.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes. Canithermo SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed on the website at the time the order is validated.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the customer and Canithermo SAS. The order is confirmed by sending a confirmation email summarizing the ordered products, the total price, and the delivery address.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon order. It is made by credit card or any other means offered during the order process. Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Canithermo SAS delivers in mainland France and Europe. Delivery times and costs are indicated on the order validation page. In the absence of a specified deadline, delivery takes place within a maximum of 30 days from the order.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the individual customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision. The terms of return and refund are detailed in the Returns Policy accessible on the website.

8. Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

9. Liability

Canithermo SAS cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products or any malfunction related to the Internet network beyond its control.

10. Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is used exclusively for its processing and follow-up. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting contact@canithermo.fr. For more information, consult our Privacy Policy.

11. Mediation and disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the consumer dispute mediation process, the customer has the right to use, free of charge, the mediation service offered by Canithermo SAS. The proposed mediator is CM2C: Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 4 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris.

12. Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts.
